Payment Terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- The guest can cancel for free 15 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 15 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
Deposit
- The deposit is 200,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
Additional terms
- U slučaju namjernog oštećenja namještaja, opreme ili drugih dijelova apartmana, vlasnik zadržava pravo naplate troškova popravka ili zamjene oštećenih predmeta.
Pušenje je strogo zabranjeno u apartmanima i svim zatvorenim prostorijama. U slučaju kršenja zabrane pušenja u zatvorenim prostorijama, gost snosi troškove dodatnog čišćenja, uklanjanja neugodnih mirisa i eventualne sanacije nastalih oštećenja.
Nepridržavanje kućnog reda može, ovisno o težini i okolnostima kršenja, dovesti do prekida boravka i raskida ugovora o smještaju.
