Villa Maris Jadrija

Jadrija is a quiet, family-friendly seaside destination near Šibenik, close to UNESCO landmarks and Krka National Park. The large beach has a dedicated children’s area and a nearby windsurfing school. A restaurant, pizzeria and local shop are nearby, while Vodice is only 10 minutes by car. Šibenik is also accessible by regular boat lines. Enjoy our temperature-controlled heated pool, with the option to securely close access for child safety. For year-round comfort, each apartment has 3 air conditioners, with one in every room, and 3 Smart satellite TVs, with one in every room, while the bathrooms feature underfloor heating, ideal for cooler pre and post-season days. The beach is just 150 meters (3 minutes by walk) away with SUP and 150-liter carts provided for beach equipment, making this a perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday. Our house has 3 floors, with 2 apartments available for rent. Each apartment has one private parking space. If arriving with a second car, we can also secure a public parking space approximately 20 m away. Single beds can be connected into one double bed upon request, with a topper and proper double-bed sheets provided. Pool, barbecue and washing machine located in a separate outdoor room are shared between two apartments (each apartment max 4 persons). There are two grills for use, you can choose between a gas grill or a traditional wood/charcoal grill. The owner uses the ground floor as a summer residence and is available during your stay for any questions, recommendations or assistance you may need. We are happy to help whenever needed while respecting your privacy and giving you space to enjoy your holiday.
